Medical Billing Clerk / Receptionist Position Available

 

Salary Range $2,500 to $3,000 per month

 

The Centre for Women, Family & Child Health Ltd. is currently accepting applicants for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join our dynamic team in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. This is a full-time position for a Medical Billing Clerk / Receptionist.

 

• Qualification, Certification in Medical Billing and Coding or related discipline.

• Proficient in Open EMR and Health Information System, Microsoft Office applications and including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Candidate must have a minimum of (3) years’ working experience as a Medical Billing Clerk / Receptionist.

• Greet patients, answer a multi-line phone system, be meticulous in entering highly-detailed information accuracy in a health care setting.

• Knowledge of the Standard Health Insurance Fees.

• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.

• Verify patient’s insurance coverage and their insurance benefits.

• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness.

• Collect payments for service provided to patients.

• Ensure that maintained information in the company computer-based software’s are accurate.

• Ensure daily accurate reconciliation of deposits received.

• The Must be proficient in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Have a strong work ethics and be reliable

• Candidate must be timely, customer service orientated, an enthusiastic team player, and have exceptional communication skill and gracious manners.
