Our medical team specializes in women’s healthcare in all its aspects and stages of life and in caring for your growing children. We offer decades of community-based medical expertise within the Cayman Islands. Our Medical Director and Head of Obstetrics/Gynaecology Department, Dr. Howard Deosaran, has practised in the Cayman Islands for over twenty years and is committed to provide exceptional care, great accessibility and a patient-first philosophy. We take the time to listen to our patients and to respond to your specific concerns. Our registered and committed midwife has more than fifteen years of experience and would be happy to support and help you. Our Obstetrician/Gynaecologists begin seeing patients at 7:00 A.M., daily.

Dr. Christine Chen, our paediatrician, is dedicated to newborns, kids of all ages, teens and pre-teens. However, if your child has any gynaecological concern it can be addressed by our Paediatrician, and when appropriate may be referred to our Ob/Gyn Team:

  • Screen for menstrual and development issues

  • Address topics such as breast health, sexual activity and birth control

  • Advise and administer the HPV Vaccine

 

Please note that pelvic exams are only recommended for women who are sexually active, age 21 or older, or who have a gynaecological problem.
